I know this place, I used to live right by it. I remember when it sold in 2005, my mom got to tour it on an open house but I missed it. Now I have my chance again! So cool, back on the market an old church that has been tastefully converted into a home with a bonus rental apartment. King5 wrote an article about it if you want to read.
