For the past 23 years I have thoroughly enjoyed growing my real estate business in the greater Seattle area. Over the decades I have guided my clients through a housing crash, several booms, a pandemic market, historically low mortgage rates and now an ease into a stabilizing market, dare I say, that might finally give the buyers some relief. 

We as brokers have to continually evolve. It is our business to know our local markets, spot opportunities and be ahead of the news media. I take great pride in being experienced, informed and effective when a client chooses me as a member of their team towards real estate success.

Real estate is good fun, most people like dreaming about homes, interiors and lifestyles… but the actual purchase and sale of real estate usually comes with other life changes and it can be full of emotions and questions. This is where I come in!

Owning my own real estate business since 2003 has been an interesting ride. No matter what the state of the economy, ask me about  real estate price trends or winning strategies and we can talk for hours. Ask me about Seattle’s neighborhoods and I will take you on a tour. The years I have spent in this business matter, as does my dedication to those I am lucky enough to call my clients. I have had the opportunity to experience a major boom in real estate sales, or 'the bubble' as it has been dubbed, to the 'bust' and beyond! 

My clients have bought and sold investment properties, waterfront homes, condos, development land, you name it! And I am particularly fond of helping first time buyers achieve their dream of their first home. I am always quick to explain how house hacking works and what downpayment resources may be available. There is so much information ot there - you just need an agent who knows where to look.
