Funny that I just blogged about multiple offers… this is an interesting article. A Realtor from my office is quoted in it. Also… did you know hot HOT the rental market is in Seattle? I don’t usually work with rentals much but I am helping a couple from LA find a place in Seattle right now and all the ‘good ones’ get rented in a day… and they are looking high-end! So yes, I’ll say it again, a great time to buy properties for an investment.
