My math brain hurts. I just completed two days of intensive classes focused on enhancing skills to help real estate investors. I now get to wear a pin that says REIA – Real Estate Investment Analyst.
I have helped many clients purchase single family and multi-family properties for rentals, it has always been a fun part of my business. However, I now have many more tools to share with you so you can truly analyze one property purchase versus another, compare financing options, calculate the return on your cash investment and in general make better decisions when it comes to investment real estate.
Investment real estate is a bit of a thrill for me, it’s fun. I like to track homes that have been flipped by investors, I like to find diamonds in the rough and research areas that may become the next hot neighborhood in Seattle.
