Well, not really… prices are still pretty flat in Seattle. But I am having a little but of Déjà vu over all the ‘taking offers on such and such date.’ Multiple offers on many, many homes in our Seattle neighborhoods. Especially on great homes if great locations under $500,000. What’s more astonishing is that homes over $500K are also receiving couple offers if they are in a good spot, and as always… priced with the market. Many of these homes with multiple offers often end up going for over asking price. I am still having problems finding homes for some of my buyers so please, please people, list your homes so I can sell them for you!
