As the interest rates have edged up and there is general unrest in the World and in the financial markets, some have been asking if there has been a slowdown in the real estate market. Not yet. Of course general lack of inventory and pent up demand, blah blah, same story. Lots of opinions and thoughts going around about what will happen later this year. I will keep you updated! But so far still a fast market, like this gorgeous. home in Everett I listed last week that went pending before I could even post a link here.
